"Makšķerēšanas karti", samaksā licences cenu 9 lati  un dalības maksu 11 lati.

5.8. Makšķerēšana atļauta tikai spiningošanas vai mušiņmakšķerēšanas veidā.

5.9. Katrs sacensību dalībnieks drīkst lomā paturēt 1(vienu) lasi vai 1(vienu) taimiņu. Makšķerēšana atļauta līdz brīdim, kad noķerta pirmā zivs, kuras minimālie pieļaujamie garumi ir ne mazāki par: lasim - 60cm, taimiņam - 50cm. Lomā paturamo zivi nekavējoties jānogalina. Pēc noķertās zivs paturēšanas, makšķerēšanu jāpārtrauc, jāatgriežas sacensību bāzes vietā un noķerto zivi jāuzrāda sacensību galvenajam tiesnesim tās reģistrācijai.

5.10. Katrs sacensību dalībnieks ir personiski atbildīgs par izmantotās licences atgriešanu sacensību galvenajam tiesnesim pirms loma uzrādīšanas, arī gadījumā, ja zivs nav noķerta.

5.11. Dalībniekiem, kuri neatgriezīs izmantotās licences atbilstoši 5.10. punktā minētajam, tiks liegta iespēja piedalīties jebkādās sacensībās, kuras tiks organizētas Salacas upes posmā Salacgrīvas pilsētas ar lauku teritoriju domes administratīvajā teritorijā 2011.gadā.
 5.12. Katrs makšķernieks ir personiski atbildīgs par individuālo drošību makšķerēšanas laikā.
 

6. Uzvarētāju noteikšana.

6.1. Komandu vērtējumā uzvar un kausu iegūst komanda, kuras dalībnieki kopā lomā guvuši vislielāko noķerto lašu un taimiņu kopsvaru.

6.2. Individuālajā vērtējumā uzvar un kausu iegūst dalībnieks, kurš savā lomā guvis zivi ar vislielāko svaru:

6.2.1. atsevišķi lašu zivju sugas kategorijā,

6.2.2. atsevišķi taimiņu zivju sugas kategorijā.

7. Apbalvošana.

Komandu vērtējumā tiek apbalvoti pirmo 3(trīs) vietu ieguvēji, bet individuālajā vērtējumā tiek apbalvoti pirmo 3(trīs) vietu ieguvēji atbilstoši šī Nolikuma 6.2.punktā minētajam. Pirmās vietas ieguvējs lašu zivju sugas kategorijā iegūst Goda nosaukumu „Pavasara laša čempions 2011"
